Bird Feeding

It is important to feed the wild birds in your garden (or attract wild birds into your garden) in autumn and winter as this is when their natural food is scarce.

During the colder months birds require high energy food to maintain their fat reserves to survive the long winter. The rspb recommend establishing a routine where you put out food and water on a regular basis, adjusting quantity to demand and removing any uneaten food.

At Ben Reid Garden Centre we stock a wide range of bird feeders, seeds, nuts, suet bites and energy balls to keep even the pickiest of birds happy in your garden.
